We can normally effect personal service and have our affidavit back to a local client within 24 hours. We are happy to collect any documents from a local solicitor or have them mailed to us. Our turnaround for any national service is 3-4 working days.
Photographic Evidence
We can provide photographic evidence gathering service for the legal industry and insurance companies. Photographs are useful in providing background evidence to help support claims made. Photographs can also be an essential form of evidence, sometimes being the deciding factor in proving or disproving a client's claims.
Locus reports
We work on behalf of legal professionals to obtain evidence in order to form Locus Reports for use in claim investigations and court cases. Solicitors will instruct us to carry out investigations into road traffic collisions, or simply where liability may be disputed.We act for solicitors throughout the UK to gather evidence on road traffic collisions to either support or disprove a claim.
Our specialist support team will visit the scene and compile all the necessary information and evidence to formulate a full locus report. This will usually involve the taking of measurements, preparation of a sketch-plan and obtaining photographic evidence. Driver and witness statements may also be obtained at the same time.
